Growth Strategy


  • Australian Beverages will implement a systematic growth strategy designed to drive business and process efficiencies by adopting leading edge technology at its Sydney manufacturing facility. This has potential to deliver an increase in production capacity from 35 million bottles per year to in excess of 300 million bottles per year.
  • The Company will also and expand its product range and brand offerings and target new customers and new markets, and
  • Australian Beverages will seek to execute its business model to acquire and consolidate profitable, established bottling and beverage businesses to grow its market share and national footprint. Initial acquisition targets that meet the Company’s criteria have been identified.
